Wg Cdr Ganga Nidhi Agarwal (Retd), Indian Air Force Officer and former Officer On Special Duty, Ministry of External Affairs (MEA); is a distinguished lady who has served the nation as a Defense officer and Diplomat. With her varied experience of 15 years of combat role and stint in diplomatic corridors, she is marking her impeccable presence in the society for “Women led Development”.
She has served the country in difficult and far-flung places like Bihta (Bihar), Dain Kund (Himachal Pradesh), Ojhar (Maharashtra), Srinagar; and handled the operations while managing Finance, Administration, Security and Welfare. Due to her unrelenting attitude, she has pioneered in working towards Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in her area of responsibility.
While shouldering the role of Under Secretary at G20 Secretariat, MEA; she displayed immaculate managerial skills in handling G20 Presidency of India. She not only handled the G20 meetings and G20 charters Pan- India but also represented India on various International Forums like Women-20, Parliament-20, International Solar Alliance, Export councils.
Recently as Officer on Special Duty (OSD), handled the Economic Diplomacy at Ministry and showcased her unwavering performance in discharging the projects of Foreign Direct Investments, Grain Diplomacy, Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI) and other economic related issues.
Being a Women in Uniform and expert in international relations, government policies; She aslso has keen interest in discussing Leadership, Motivation, Team building, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
Wg Cdr Ganga, is working relentlessly for paving the way for Naari shakti in Defense and Diplomatic forefronts. Further, She is also Adviser to women oriented mission ShaktiSat, under Space Kidz India.
Her accolades includes Ashoka Award by Charles Walter Innovation Council, commendation by Chief Coordinator, G20, GoI and Chief of Staff, Indian Air Force.
